  2) Please check if you received a shipping notification. Search for the invoice # from the order confirmation. The shipping email should have a tracking #
  3) Still no books? Please email book@mlpchinese.com with your order #.

• 以前买的光碟版教材没有课本码，可以申请一个吗？

  各位用户，马立平中文教材2015年秋季开始从多媒体光碟作业升级为网络作业，已经进入第六个年头。
  
  从2020年9月15日起，我们不再接受任何拥有光碟版教材的用户索取网络作业课本码的要求。特此说明。
  
  如您购买的是光碟版教材，请用光碟做作业。

  －建立学校账户，我们需要您第一次的订单至少一个年级订5本以上。（建立账户后，未来的订单只需5本以上就可以得到折扣）。
  －请提前2-3周与我们沟通。
